At the moment we service customers within Australia and over time hope to extend to other countries.

If you happen not to be happy with our product we are happy for you to return it to us for a refund of the product, sorry typically we cannot pay for return freight but am happy to discuss this on a case by case basis. We want our customers to be happy with the service they receive - before, during and after sales. Your feedback is vital to our success and welcome any hints to improve or positive experiences. It would be great to showcase some art on our webpage made with our product - just contact us if you are interested in being a feature artist. Likewise we welcome photographs or stories from the avid gardeners using our Biochar.
